I’m still reading it but I’ve read enough to know it’s one I’m going to always have close by to reference! Wonderfully informative, and written in a way that’s like talking to a very wise friend. I’m finding it’s a very…comfortable read. Dr. Perrakis writes in a way that’s serious and instructive without being patronizing. It’s very helpful as I’m trying to get back to my earth based spiritual practices after a long but necessary break. I’m looking forward to reading her other books!

I recently purchased this book and right away I dived into the Gratitude Altar followed by the Karmic Release Offerings. I feel I truly need to do as many Karmic releases as I can. Afterward, the weight on my shoulders lifted and backache lessened. I am a constant positive thinker but there are those times when I need a boost. Althena’s writings helped me push past my blockages and for that I thank you. Every ritual in the book is extremely easy to read and follow. A wonderful book for beginners.
