I purchased this stone for my teenage daughter who is home bound due to chronic migraines and as a result also deals with depression, insomnia, and weight issues. When she wakes up, she often feels sluggish even with proper hydration, her daily medication, and a healthy breakfast. She began using the carnelian heart during her morning meditation and the results were amazing. While there are no true quick fixes, this beautiful energy booster was just what she needed to motivate her to move her body. And she always feels better after exercising. The problem is getting started. This little gem did just that, helped get her started, and for that I am thankful. I would highly recommend this stone to anyone looking for a gentle boost of positive energy.

So I am amazed by this beauty even before I purchased. I was drawn and even more so now. I have always had issues with solar, sacral, and root chakras. This beautiful crystal heightens those 3.
