This candle was handcrafted here at Sage Goddess Headquarters to protect you from anything and everything that doesn’t serve your highest good – in fact, ‘pan’ literally means ‘all.’ Every step in its creation was infused with love and intent: From the hand-poured black soy wax blend to the stunning fragrance to the original artwork, which was created by my very own team of talented designers. This candle is infused with my Pan Protection Perfume, a shielding blend with notes of coriander, mugwort, dragon’s blood, dark patchouli, angelica, lavender, white sage, and palo santo. Each jar is also infused with a black tourmaline chip stone for extra safeguarding, topped with a clear quartz point for directing and amplifying the magic, and wrapped in black sari silk. Burn this candle for safety and security anytime you need it.

The deeper magic of this Pan Protection Intention Candle

Fire kept our oldest ancestors alive in the harsh environment of early life on Earth. Fire gives life, and when you work with candles, you invoke this element, combining it with the energy of intention to purify, cleanse, and heal. The protective magic of this candle lies in its ingredients.

• Coriander is healing, eases stress and tension, and provides comfort and stability. It’s also stimulating and brings happiness.
• Mugwort protects your space during travel (astral or otherwise). It opens your doors of perception and vision and evokes wisdom.
• Dragon’s blood resonates with the fire element and brings a beautiful sense of grounding and protection. It’s a powerhouse against negativity.
• Dark patchouli helps break long-held patterns of shame and low self-worth, inspiring balanced introspection and real self-love.
• Angelica is highly protective, purifying, and grounding. It’s also calming, soothing, strengthening, and restorative, warding off negative energy.
• Lavender is one of the best oils for purification, protection, and healing rituals. It calms and centers the mind and is an excellent aid for contemplation.

At Sage Goddess, we only use sustainably sourced palo santo wood and oils. Our Peruvian partners only harvest wood that has died naturally and has been dead for at least five years. We never harm living trees! The dead wood is collected, cleaned, and cut by hand. In addition, we are committed to replanting trees in the forests where we find our wood. This ensures that our palo santo forests are not susceptible to over-harvesting.

Note: Please always burn candles on a heatproof stable surface, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn time for this candle is about 75-80 hours, depending on the environment. Burn times will always vary depending on the placement of your candle and the height of your wick. The longer the wick, the quicker the candle will burn. Drafty areas will burn slightly quicker. You can extend your candles’ burn time by burning them long enough to allow the wax pool to reach the edge. If you do not allow them to burn all the way to the edge of the container when you first burn them, they will begin to tunnel down into the wax instead of melting all the way to the edges.
