We hand-poured this beautifully fragrant Of Light and Shadow Intention Candle right here at Sage Goddess Headquarters. It was inspired by our Of Light and Shadow Virtual Retreat that happened on Saturday, October 29, 2022.
It’s infused with notes of sweet blackberry to ward off negative entities and energies and a black obsidian chip stone for protection, healing, and grounding. To add to the magic, each candle is wrapped with black sari silk and topped with a clear quartz point to direct energy and amplify your intentions.

The deeper magic of my Of Light and Shadow Intention Candle
This moth mauve pink waxed candle is laced with luscious notes of sweet blackberry to provide a pleasing and comforting aroma as you engage your shadow. Blackberry brings divine sweetness and protection and is said to belong to the faeries. It attracts wealth, abundance, healing, and romance and sparks creativity.
There’s something entrancing and mystical about a candle’s flame dancing and flickering, moving and swaying with the unseen currents in the air. Fire is what kept your oldest ancestors alive in the harshest environments of early life on Earth. It cleanses, heals, and purifies.
Fire gives life, and when you work with candle magic, you invoke the energy of the fire element, combining it with the energy of intention, as well as the element of air. Product Notes
Note: Please always burn candles on a heatproof stable surface, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn time for this candle is about 75-80 hours, depending on the environment. Burn times will always vary depending on the placement of your candle and the height of your wick. The longer the wick, the quicker the candle will burn. Drafty areas will burn slightly faster.
You can extend your candles’ burn time by burning them long enough to allow the wax pool to reach the edge. If you do not allow them to burn all the way to the edge of the container when you first burn them, they will begin to tunnel down into the wax instead of melting all the way to the edges.

This just arrived but I can’t wait to work with it! It will be difficult to exercise patience and wait for the retreat of Light & Shadow because this smells incredible and enchanting. The blackberries come thru but are not overpowering. It was blended perfectly. I highly recommend this candle! TY SG!
