I’ve also infused each bottle with a clear quartz chip stone, for amplified magic and Soul Star Chakra activation. The magic behind perfumery and aromatherapy is as old as time itself. Aromatherapy is the art and alchemy of working with scents and herbs. It’s a beautiful exercise in releasing our intellectual tendencies to venture into the vast knowing of our sensual and spiritual selves.
The magic of my Sleeping Mist lies in its ingredients. Petitgrain is relaxing and helps you release anger and heal emotional wounds. It’s useful for meditation because it calms and clears the mind and elevates consciousness. Spearmint is uplifting and revitalizing. It boosts confidence and improves focus and mental clarity. Jasmine sambac is Arabian jasmine with calming, sensuous properties that open you and those around you to divine beauty and love. Lavender brings tranquility, enhances meditation, and activates the Crown Chakra for higher levels of consciousness. It supports physical wellness, especially by promoting happiness and restful sleep.
