I named this powerful blend after Morgana, the dark goddess of the Celtic tradition, who inhabits the depths and was born of the sea. She swims deep, exploring, unafraid of what lurks below, and urges us to do the same. This enchanting candle is laced with notes of vetiver for grounding and protection and jasmine for spiritual awareness. It’s also infused with a labradorite chip stone to open your senses and topped with a clear quartz point to direct energy and amplify your intentions. The deeper magic of Morgana’s Cauldron Intention Candle
The word “cauldron” comes from the Latin word calidus, meaning “hot.” Originally, cauldrons were a part of everyday life, both for magic and the mundane, but they are largely associated with witches and all things magical. Because of its alchemical nature (food or ingredients go in, something new comes out), the cauldron represents the Divine Feminine, transformation, and creation. This vessel is significant to the witch and the old ways and is worked with in ritual, representing the elements of water and fire.
This candle is infused with my Morgana Perfume, a special blend of vetiver and jasmine. Vetiver, also known as Ruh Khus, brings honor and wisdom and helps you maintain calm in the face of adversity. I love the scent, it dark, mysterious and sultry. I can see a quartz point embedded in my wax. I follow the Celtic pantheon and love the energy of the Morrigan. This will be a great candle to use and I can use the cauldron when its finished.
