Smudging Cold Process Soap

My signature Smudging Cold Process Soap is one of my favorites, and it’s back! This soap is handcrafted right here at Sage Goddess Headquarters with nourishing ingredients such as coconut oil and olive oil. It’s infused with my signature clearing blend of 100 percent palo santo and white sage essential oils and topped with powdered California white sage. I use the cold process method to keep the essential oils in perfect condition — it’s worth the extra time and effort!

Palo santo is a sacred wood that grows in South America. Its sweet and mellow aromatic oils develop over time after the tree has naturally fallen and spent years on the ground. White sage is a sacred herb used for centuries by elders to clear and consecrate space. Bathe with this luxurious soap and cleanse away any stagnant energies!

The deeper magic of my Smudging Cold Process Soap

The magic of this soap lies in its ingredients.

• Shamans have worked with palo santo medicine for thousands of years. It’s physically and spiritually cleansing, enhances clarity, restores tranquility, promotes joy, and inspires creativity. Palo santo also deepens your connection with Divine Source and enhances meditation. The attraction to its fragrance is said to be a sign of spiritual and emotional purity.
• White sage draws positive spirits and discourages the presence of any unwanted energy. Most people find the scent grounding and centering.

The sage in this soap is sourced from a family-owned and operated farm in the high desert mountains of San Diego County, where wild white sage grows naturally. This farm is the only certified organic grower of white sage in the United States, so rest assured that this sage was produced sustainably and organically!

Additionally, this farm is far from urban areas, and thus, the air surrounding it is fresh — free of pollution. The water on the farm has lots of minerals that white sage requires to thrive; this water initially flushed the roots of desert plants like salvia apiana before becoming part of the natural aquifers in this region.

Base Ingredients: Water, Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Olive Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Palm Kernel Flakes, Castor Bean Oil, Goat’s Milk Powder

At Sage Goddess, we only use sustainably sourced palo santo wood and oils. Our Peruvian partners only harvest wood that has died naturally and has been dead for at least 5 years. We never harm living trees! The dead wood is collected, cleaned, and cut by hand. In addition, we are committed to replanting trees in the forests where we find our wood. This ensures that our palo santo forests are not susceptible to over-harvesting.
