Selenite is a Crown Chakra stone of peace, pure white light, moon magic, and Divine Feminine power. The Moon’s gravity pulls on Earth’s oceans, causing tides, and its movement affects our emotions, reactions, and even our bodily cycles. It also embodies our mysterious nature and some call it the home of our heart and soul. The Greeks named selenite after the Moon goddess Selene, who has the power to awaken intuition and bring psychic visions and vivid dreams. It also promotes clarity, joy, and beauty, magnifying wealth and influence. And the Moon corresponds with The High Priestess in the Tarot who teaches us to explore our subconscious lunar landscape to receive our deepest sense of self and inner wisdom. Selenite is fragile – be careful not to get it wet – but it is quite strong, which makes it similar to us as spiritual beings, tender and yet strong in our own ways.
