When I found these natural green kyanite blades at the Tucson Gem Show, I bought every piece the man had. Green is the rarest color of kyanite, and this was the only vendor I found at the whole gem show. And let me tell you, the man who had these was one of the most interesting people at the WHOLE gem show. We hung out for over an hour talking all things metaphysical, and he reminded me of Gandalf. These blades are stunning, beautiful shades of light green in the classic triclinic crystal form of the kyanite family of stones. These beauties were mined in Brazil, where most known veins of green kyanite occur.
