These candles contain my Four Guardians Perfume, a blend that captures the energetic vibration of each of the four directions in their elemental glory.
These candles contain notes of:
- White lotus absolute (guardian of the North)
- Agarwood (guardian of the South)
- Orange blossom absolute (guardian of the East)
- Blue tansy (guardian of the West)

About the Four Directions
The Four Directions are cardinal energies, the elements surrounding us and working in our lives. Calling upon the directions represents our connection to spiritual forces and our environment.
- North is the direction of the elders, ancestors, great wisdom, and discernment. Work with the North when you need stability, grounding, protection, and the guidance of your ancestors.
- South represents the element of fire with its passion, strength, intensity, and courage. Work with the South when you need a boost of creativity, vitality, and inspiration and to revitalize your spirit.
- East is where we find new beginnings, possibilities, and the dawn of all that is fresh. Work with the East for vision, the ability to rise above, and mental flexibility and clarity.
- West is where we encounter the element of water and the setting Sun — where we can surrender all and all flows to us effortlessly. Work with the West for more flow, reflection, release, emotional depth, and expression.
The magic of these tea lights lies in their ingredients:
- White lotus absolute symbolizes an awakened state. Its medicine is a purified body, heart, mind, and spirit, helping you open to deep compassion, potentiality, and new beginnings.
- Agarwood, or oud, is ‘the wood of the gods.’ It increases focus and alertness and is often worked with to attain deep meditative states and connect to higher realms.
- Orange blossom absolute is an oil of light, hope, and joy with a high vibration that purifies the spirit. It’s relaxing yet stimulating, increasing confidence.
