Uvite tourmaline is named after Uva Province, Sri Lanka, where it was first discovered. Like dravite, this gem grows in unique prismatic crystal formations. However, uvite tourmaline is much rarer than dravite (which is already rare). It shimmers with shades of rich coffee, deep red, and bright green. Each of these pieces exhibits a unique combination of colors — rest assured the one meant for you will find its way.
