Today, we know this process as smudging, and it remains a critical first step in any sacred ritual. We always recommend smudging to purify your sacred space before ceremony or meditation.

How to work with this SG Herb Grinder
Work with this SG Herb Grinder to create fine loose incense out of your favorite herbs — a few of our top choices are lavender, rosemary, and sage! For fresh sprigs, you’ll first want to remove the leaves with our Angel Aura Quartz Herb Stripper.
Burn your freshly ground herbs on top of a charcoal disk as incense, or sprinkle them across your altar as an offering of the earth element. However you choose to work with this offering, may it serve you well. And so it is.
