When I first began my practice of magic, I frequented a few seriously old-world and old-school magic shops. These enigmatic places always harbored a hidden sanctum — a secluded space reserved for the initiated, the devoted, or those deemed trustworthy. It was an exclusive, invitation-only sanctuary veiled by a curtain or a string of beads — a realm where time seemed to bend, enveloping visitors and distancing them from the outside world. This year, I’m opening the doors to my mystical enclave, inviting you into the realm of deep magic. Welcome to the Sage Goddess Apothecary Online Program: The Herbal Sanctuary.

In 2024, we’ll conjure the essence of these hidden spaces. Picture a realm adorned with exquisite dark glass bottles and hand-labeled jars of herbs and incense, evoking sacred consciousness and personal transformation. Join me in manifesting your own ‘back room’ — a dedicated space to explore and refine your magical practice. This year, let’s create magic using hands and heart, reconnecting to Earth’s enchantment, crafting beauty in a world that yearns for it.

Your Book of Wisdom

The 2024 Sage Goddess Apothecary Online Program began to take shape during my journey to the Yucatan Peninsula in August 2023. Immersed in the Mayan jungle, a shaman’s guidance ignited the genesis of what I’m presenting this year — your Book of Wisdom. The shaman’s challenge was to embrace your essence in its purest form, honoring your wisdom while sharing mine. This is a way to finally document your journey as a medicine person in an apothecary journal, mixed-media in design and intention, that will be an heirloom treasure you will create with me in our community. No excess, no uniformity, just absolute uniqueness to be cherished by future generations. Its creation will be guided in sacred journey, blessed in ceremony, and handed down to your future ancestors.

I’m thrilled to assist you in encapsulating your wisdom into a tangible form — a testament to your sacred journey toward healing, wellness, and completeness. This unique journey is unlike any other we’ve created before.

The Apothecary Online Program Sessions

The Sage Goddess Apothecary online program allows you to work at your own pace, consisting of four weekly sessions each month. It’s designed to train and inspire you in the herbal arts as a medicine keeper, way finder, stone and crystal keeper, and multidimensional healer. All sessions are live but recorded for later viewing.

The first three sessions are on Wednesdays from 4-6 pm Pacific Time/7-9 pm Eastern Time (a little later this year to accommodate work schedules), and the last session of each month is on Sunday from 4-6 pm Pacific Time. That is our Sacred Circle on the day of collective prayer in the evening when most people are not working.

• Session 1: Set & Setting — In session one, we will focus on our intentions and offerings for the month, organizing and arranging our altar spaces and activating several key focus areas of study and experience based on the archetypes of the month.
• Session 2: Journey or guided meditation — In session two, we will focus on the archetypes themselves and bring them to life through a sacred shamanic journey or guided meditation that may include chanting, breathwork, drum work, or other sound tools.
• Session 3: Mixed media art journaling & herbal tool integration — In session three, we dive into our Apothecary journals to begin the legacy documentation of our connection to the herbs, oils, and offerings of the month using colorful pencils, markers, paints, and other supplies from your collection at home to create beauty on the page. We will paint and create with both our right hands and left hands to represent the integration of feminine and masculine energies in our manifestations.
• Session 4: Sacred Circle — Session four is our time just to be, to connect, to laugh, play music, reflect on our learning, and share our stories of what is happening around us as a way of making meaning and magic together. Free-flowing, open, and free of restrictions, this is our community-building and heart-opening time. You are invited and encouraged to bring tea, cacao, or whatever sacred beverage you love most to sip as we talk and hang out.

The Sage Goddess Apothecary Online Program also includes access to our private Apothecary Facebook group, personalized worksheets, discounts, and more.

• All sessions are conducted live on YouTube and recorded for later viewing. If you miss class for any reason, you’ll have lifetime access to the archived recordings. And please, don’t rush: You have until the end of the year to complete the program for certification. Sometimes the content of an early session will be more relevant to you later. Pay attention to that wisdom. Do the work when you are ready.
• Sessions can be accessed via laptop, desktop computer, smartphone, or tablet.
• With an Apothecary membership, you will have access to a private Facebook group where you can connect with other members and enjoy additional Facebook posts, learnings, and videos created specifically for you. This is the only Facebook group I moderate alongside Karen, and we will be there to answer any questions and hang out with you.
• We provide monthly worksheets and notes for each of the first three main sessions in PDF format.

Membership Options

You can sign up or cancel the program at any time. You have the following two membership options to choose from:

• ANNUAL – Sign up for all 12 months of this year (you get 2 months free).
• MONTHLY – Sign up for a monthly membership starting immediately after checkout. You will be charged upfront for the current month.

Annual memberships are charged immediately during checkout and will auto-renew on January 1st of each year. Payment plans are now available for annual memberships through PayPal, Zip, and Affirm. Monthly memberships will auto-renew on the 1st of each month.

Each month, 2 sets of optional tools are available as subscriptions – The Apothecary set and a Sacred Circle set. Click here to subscribe to your Apothecary tools. Click here to subscribe to your Sacred Circle tools. We recommend that Apothecary Online Program members subscribe to both sets to receive tools for sessions throughout the month. To secure these tools, you must subscribe before midnight on the 15th day of the previous month. You must subscribe to receive your tools. All tools are voluntary and not required for you to participate in the program.

Note: You must be 18 years or older to register. All registrations in December will not be charged during checkout. Your first billing date is January 1st, 2024. Your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st of each month for monthly subscriptions and on the 1st of each year for annual subscriptions until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the SUBSCRIPTIONS area under MY ACCOUNT.
