This is the second set of tools aligned to my course on tarot! I designed these sets to be used as companion tools to your journey into the tarot with me. If you are interested in learning more about tarot, you can sign up for my class here. Every month this year, I will be teaching one online class on two of the cards in the Major Arcana. We will delve deeply into the significance of each archetype in these classes, and explore the meaning, symbolism, and energies of these cards.
The High Priestess represents enlightenment, intuition, comprehension, wisdom and knowledge, especially that which is hidden. I’m not going to say too much about the archetypes in these listings, because I am focusing on teaching you everything you need to know about the tarot in my class.
The High Priestess’s stones are moonstone and lapis lazuli. Moonstone brings visions and dreams to life, which is why so many gem collectors and magicians prize it. It draws down the moon and all her watery mystery so you can harness and use it in your own work. Moonstone is also known as a Directional Stone in Native American practice. It is used in ceremony to represent the energy of Great Spirit and in talismans as a reminder that you are headed in the right direction. Moonstone lights the way and reminds you that you have the wisdom you need to walk the path you’ve chosen in this lifetime.
And lapis lazuli was once the exclusive property of queen Cleopatra. She believed lapis had magical powers, and indeed even today we consider lapis the queen’s stone. It brings luck, fortune, and a regal sensibility to the bearer. This is truly a gem of confidence, courage, and bold leadership. It activates your deepest intuition and insight. It will help you feel more powerful and present in your life.
In addition to these stones, The High Priestess kit comes with a mini jar candle and High Priestess perfume, each decorated with original Sage Goddess artwork. The perfume is a mystical blend of neroli, jasmine, rose, cedarwood, and lavender .
Now, for The Empress. The Empress represents the promise of possibility, fruitfulness, creativity, abundance, nourishment, harmony, and that which is prolific.
The Empress’s stones are turquoise and orange calcite. Turquoise heals, comforts, and supports you. It nourishes and sustains you. My favorite thing about turquoise is that it seems to know what is needed and when to provide it. Such is the way with native medicines. They have a wisdom all their own. It’s one of the most sacred stones to native people in this country. But the history of turquoise extends around the world. In ancient Persia, turquoise was considered a stone of royalty and was only possessed by those with great wealth and prosperity. It is a wealth-bringing stone, but it’s also deeply protective. It strengthens the spirit.
And orange calcite…every person I’ve ever met who’s drawn to it is psychic – even if they don’t know it! I love every single thing about this stone. But most of all, I love how it makes me feel. I come alive with orange calcite. My senses become heightened, I have better sex, and my creativity surges. It makes me feel fully alive. Perhaps because more than any other Sacral Chakra stone, orange calcite magnetizes energy around your creative energy center and draws high vibrations toward it – and toward you.
In addition to these stones, The Empress kit comes with a mini jar candle and Empress perfume, each decorated with original Sage Goddess artwork. The perfume is a seductive blend of amber, vanilla, rose, lotus, and ylang-ylang.
You can purchase either set, or both with this listing. I am looking forward to teaching you all about the Tarot, so don’t forget to sign up for the class!
