Each obelisk is adorned with a triangle-shaped gemstone cabochon correlating to the direction: Protective black obsidian for North, revitalizing red jasper for South, amplifying clear quartz for East, and peaceful amethyst for West. At the bottom of each obelisk is a golden metal alloy plate featuring the cardinal direction’s first initial.
The Four Directions are cardinal energies — the elements surrounding us and working in our lives. Calling upon the directions represents our connection to spiritual forces and our environment. It’s a reminder that we’re all a part of something greater — especially during times of challenge or change.
