Each obelisk is adorned with a triangle-shaped gemstone cabochon correlating to the direction: Protective black obsidian for North, revitalizing red jasper for South, amplifying clear quartz for East, and peaceful amethyst for West. At the bottom of each obelisk is a golden metal alloy plate featuring the cardinal direction’s first initial.
