Ritual Set to Honor the Goddess Frigg

We honor the goddess Frigg – the Norse goddess of love, marriage, magic, and destiny – at July’s full moon. She is the wife of Odin, and reigns over the gods with him. She has power over the domestic realm, and rules all matters of the house and home. She was known for weaving the fates of humanity. She was a gifted magical practitioner, especially in the realms of divination and shape-shifting. However, she never divulged her knowledge, and while she created destiny, she could not alter it. Frigg was also known for being a loving mother goddess, and having a tender and compassionate spirit. She is invoked for protection during childbirth, as well as by women seeking to get pregnant. She also beseeches women searching for love and marriage.

How we honor the Goddess Frigg

These tools honor Frigg’s Divine gifts of intuition, and help us to deepen our connection to love within ourselves. I have also created an Odin Ritual Kit, to be used in conjunction with Frigg’s Kit. I find that calling on their energies together helps to magnify any magical work you are doing involving these deities, while also calling in Divine Masculine and Feminine simultaneously.
