First Light Perfume

Awaken the spring goddess within and bloom! 

Surround yourself with the scent of fresh blossoms and the promise of new life with my First Light Perfume. This potion was originally a part of my Blossoming of the First Light Imbolc Set, but now its fragrant magic is available on its own!

I handcrafted this perfume right here at Sage Goddess Headquarters to celebrate Imbolc, one of my favorite holidays, and our sign that spring is just around the corner. In that spirit, this blend is a beautiful bouquet of light floral notes and uplifting herbs that mellow out into a warm, comforting finish.

This perfume is a sweet blend of:

• Coriander
• Bay
• Myrrh
• Vanilla
• Violet
• Lily
• Honeysuckle
• Thuja

This potion comes in a convenient roller bottle with a silver cap. To add to the magic, we infused each one with a green aventurine chip stone — a crystal of the spring that encourages growth and good fortune. Anoint yourself with this perfume to renew your hope in the final days of winter and usher in fresh perspectives as we inch closer to longer, light-filled days.

What is Imbolc?

Imbolc is the midway point between Yule and the Spring Equinox (Ostara). In the Northern Hemisphere, the days continue growing longer, and barren trees stir with new growth. It brings renewed hope — in a span of weeks, we’ll see all forms of new life emerge. Imbolc encourages you to take nature’s messages to heart and honor the cycle. Soon, the spring goddess within you will rise and blossom in all her glory.

The magic of this perfume lies in its ingredients.

• Coriander is healing, eases stress and tension, and provides comfort and stability. It’s stimulating, brings happiness, and boosts feelings of love and passion, helping you find romance and enjoy it.
• Bay is healing, protective, and purifying and helps you release what and who no longer serve your highest good. It brings prosperity and opportunities and strengthens manifestation power.
• Myrrh links with the pathway of the soul, where we face many crossroads, and serves as a gateway to the spirit world, aiding communication with those who have passed.
• Vanilla is a powerful aphrodisiac that enhances libido and increases sexual arousal. It promotes relaxation, attracts what you desire, and repels what you don’t want or need in your life.
• Violet is attuned to evolved and sensitive people and is a powerful protector against negative energies and nightmares. It’s a transformative flower that calms the nerves, induces prophetic dreams, and brings peace and healing.
• Lily encourages devotion, purity, harmony, and ease. It also promotes spiritual development and wholeness.
• Honeysuckle is a powerful attractor — of love, luck, prosperity, and friendship. In gardens, it attracts butterflies by day and moths by night. Dreams of love are said to travel on honeysuckle-scented air. Honeysuckle also amplifies and protects your energetic field.
• Thuja brings ancient forest wisdom and has a deep, woodsy aroma. Also known as the ‘Tree of Life,’ it helps to connect the power of growth and prosperity from nature to humans.
