Living YOUniversity Tools Subscription

These tools accompany our 2025/2026 Living YOUniversity program. Living YOUniversity is an invitation to live with intention. It is a rhythm of practice that helps you slow down, regulate, and reconnect so you can gradually expand into wholeness. Each month is a journey into body, creativity, spirit, and community. The teachings are practical yet sacred, rooted in the truth that we were not meant to do life alone. This path is not about becoming someone else, but about honoring who you are and who you are becoming. Through shared practice and circles of support, you’ll discover the tools to navigate life with greater peace, clarity, and joy. What if life itself could be your classroom? Living YOUniversity is the answer to that invitation — a living journey of transformation, carrying you from survival to self-mastery, from regulation to wholeness.

We create a new set of tools for each month that’s available as an ongoing monthly subscription. This custom-designed set includes all the necessary tools for the entire month’s Living YOUniversity sessions. These tools vary monthly and align with the month’s theme. To secure these tools, you must subscribe before midnight on the 15th day of the previous month.

NOTE: You must subscribe by the 15th day of the previous month (e.g., subscribe by January 15 to receive February’s tools).

All tools are voluntary and not required for you to participate in the program. But if you want the whole experience, we recommend a subscription receive tools for all sessions throughout the month.

You will be charged for your first set of class tools as soon as you subscribe, and on the 15th of every month moving forward.

HOW CLASS TOOL SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE BILLED

When you sign up for either the tool subscription, you are billed for your first kit immediately. Your subscription will then auto-renew on the 15th of every month. If you start your subscription before the 15th of a given month, you will skip the first payment because your immediate payment upon subscribing has already covered this amount.

You must start your subscription by the 15th of a given month to receive the following month’s tools.

One (1) Living Light Perfume (10ml). My Living Light Perfume is handcrafted right here at SGHQ to honor you as a living beacon in the world and support the frequency you’re here to hold. It weaves cedarwood, sweet orange, orange blossom, juniper-sandalwood, pomegranate and rose-patchouli into a scent that smells fresh, lightly citrus, gently floral, and softly earthy all at once. It comes in a clear glass roller bottle with a gold cap and holds a tiger’s eye chip stone to ground courage and clarity, reminding you that your presence itself is an offering and your light was never meant to walk alone. 

One (1) Living Light Intention Candle (about 6oz). My Living Light Intention Candle is hand-poured here at SGHQ to support you as a steady, luminous presence in the world. It weaves Himalayan cedar, sweet orange, orange blossom, and patchouli into a scent that smells fresh, gently citrus, softly floral, and calmly earthy. This candle is poured with an ivory soy wax blend and comes in a clear glass jar with a bamboo lid, topped with gold glitter and a lapis lazuli triangle cabochon for elevated wisdom and truth. Inside, you’ll find a tumbled clear quartz that amplifies your intentions, turning each burn into a reminder that your energy, your frequency, and your living light are themselves a sacred offering. 

One (1) River Rock and Acrylic Pen Duo (about 2.5-3”). When you’re ready to let your presence ripple outward in quiet, meaningful ways, this River Rock and Acrylic Pen set becomes your simple ritual of blessing. Sunstone is a Sacral Chakra stone that activates passion, creativity, and pleasure, offering clarity in decision-making and the confidence to act in concert with a larger purpose.  

One (1) Tiger’s Eye Bar (about 2-3”). This Tiger’s Eye Bar becomes a simple, powerful ally you can carry or place anywhere you serve. Tiger’s eye is a Solar Plexus Chakra stone of empowerment long associated with Athena, helping you embody wisdom, strategy, and grounded confidence as you move through the world. It’s known as the Counsel Stone because it supports discernment, intuition, and foresight, guiding you toward fair outcomes and choices that honor the collective’s highest good.

One (1) Hessonite and Green Garnet Pyramid (about 2”).
