Living YOUniversity is a 12-month transformational journey designed around the Energetic Hierarchy of Needs. Like Maslow’s pyramid but with a spiritual heartbeat, it moves you step by step — from the foundations of safety and regulation, toward healing, wholeness, and oneness. But for me, this is more than a framework — it’s personal.

Are you stressed, tired, or overwhelmed? I know that feeling deeply, because I’ve been there. I spent years navigating chaos, fear, and confusion before I realized that peace doesn’t arrive when life is perfect — it begins when we choose to live fully in this moment. My path was not about fixing myself, but about learning to love myself as I am and deciding to bloom where I’m planted. That choice changed everything.

This space is less about collecting information and more about living in a way that changes you from the inside out. Together, we create a supportive container where you can regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and remember what it feels like to be whole.

I created Living YOUniversity to share the tools, practices, and insights that carried me through my own transformation. With decades of teaching and mentoring experience, I want to guide you toward your highest calling — to help you move from survival to self-mastery, and to find joy along the way. It’s not wrong to choose happiness. It’s not wrong to want peace. In fact, it’s essential.
