Who are Empaths?
We all share one thing in common as empaths — we regularly interact on a deep subconscious and vibrational level with others. Empaths often require assistance in establishing and maintaining boundaries, managing their energy effectively, and filtering and shielding themselves. It takes strength, courage, and energetic boundaries not to get weighed down by others’ emotions. We need reminders that so much of the energy we encounter is not our own.
The magic of this perfume is in its carefully curated ingredients. I worked with six essential oils to create this powerful blend: Cape Snowbush, sandalwood, bergamot, basil, melissa, and spruce.
- Cape Snowbush is an essential oil that’s very rare and one I’d never worked with before creating this blend. It’s known as wild or African rosemary and is native to the Western Cape of South Africa. This oil is purifying, uplifts the mood, and helps release feelings of anger and fear.
- Sandalwood is grounding and cleansing, helping to ease you into a meditative state.
- Bergamot essential oil is uplifting to the mind and spirit.
- Basil lifts fatigue and brings ease to the mind and body.
- Melissa calms and balances the emotions.
- Spruce helps to release emotional blockages.
