The deeper magic of this Truth and Expression Vishuddha Smudging Set

Since ancient times, our ancestors have burned sacred herbs and resins, believing the sacred smoke to raise vibrations, dispel negativity, and assist with spiritual work. Today, we know this process as smudging, and it remains a critical first step in any sacred ritual. I smudge daily to purify my sacred space before ritual, ceremony, or meditation. It’s an integral part of my spiritual practice – in fact, it’s what this community was built upon!

You will receive the following:

One (1) turquoise-colored baby’s breath and sage bundle (about 4”). You’re going to feel so in touch with your ability to share your inner wisdom in a heartfelt way with this blend. Baby’s breath is a flower that retains its vitality for a long period after it’s harvested, making it a symbol of long-lasting peace, love, and unity. This flower reminds us that sometimes the smallest things in life are the most profound and magical. Baby’s breath also promotes communication and creativity. The baby’s breath in this blend is turquoise-colored to activate the Throat Chakra. Sage is a sacred herb that’s been used for centuries by elders to draw positive spirits and discourage the presence of any unwanted energy. Most people find the scent grounding and centering.

One (1) eucalyptus bundle (about 4”). Eucalyptus is associated with Mercury and the Moon. It brings physical healing and energetic balance and heals any pain in the heart. This herb’s strong but cooling and sweet scent increases concentration and mental expansion. It acts as a pain reliever and supports the grieving process by rousing positivity and open-mindedness. Additionally, eucalyptus is a powerful Third Eye Chakra opener that enhances intuition. It also connects you to Spirit and instills a beautiful sense of peace, serenity, and energetic balance.

One (1) Vishuddha Perfume infused palo santo stick (about 3”). Shamans have worked with palo santo medicine for thousands of years. It’s physically and spiritually cleansing, enhances clarity, restores tranquility, promotes joy, and inspires creativity. Palo santo also deepens your connection with Divine Source and enhances meditation. The attraction to its fragrance is said to be a sign of spiritual and emotional purity. This palo santo stick is infused with my Vishuddha Perfume – a scent created to activate the Throat Chakra. This perfume is a blend of blue tansy for tranquility and mental clarity, cedarwood for support and inner wisdom, cypress for inner peace and awareness, chamomile for calm communication, and elemi for cleansing and rejuvenation. This palo santo stick is also engraved with the words “Truth,” “Authenticity,” and “Expression”.

Essential oil-infused palo santo is something special, custom-made here at Sage Goddess. It took us months to cultivate this process, and it’s proprietary! Palo santo is impressive on its own, but it can be hard to light, and people often complain that it produces very little smoke. Infused palo santo lights easier and stays lit longer. It also creates more smoke, and the smoke has more aroma. At Sage Goddess, we only use sustainably sourced palo santo wood and oils. Our Peruvian partners only harvest wood that has died naturally and has been dead for at least five years. We never harm living trees! The dead wood is collected, cleaned, and cut by hand. We are also committed to replanting trees in the forests where we find our wood – this ensures that our palo santo forests are not susceptible to over-harvesting.

One (1) blue aura quartz point (about 1-1.5”). Just like the ocean, this stone is calming, clearing, and soothing. Blue aura quartz is created when clear quartz is bonded with gold, resulting in this gorgeous blue hue. The layer of gold brings auric purification, healing, and renewed vitality. Blue aura activates the Throat Chakra for clearer communication, expression of emotions, and speaking your truth. It holds the healing element of water and has an instant cooling effect. Blue aura has an intense vibration, although very comforting, and is very supportive during times of stress and frustration. It protects you from psychic attacks and elevates your vibration. Blue aura promotes strength, tenacity, and prosperity. It also has the healing benefits of gold. Gold is associated with the life force, the Sun, and fire energy. It’s one of the best conductors of energy. Gold magnifies the energy of other tones and can bring a renewed sense of energy. It works on the lower chakras, while the blue color of blue aura works on the upper chakras, to create a fully aligned body.
