Channel deep calm, grounding, and protection with this Sandalwood Tibetan Himalayan Rope Incense and Burner. Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE working with incense, and it isn’t often that I get to offer rope incense – a traditional form of incense that’s been revered in Tibet since ancient times. It’s believed that burning rope incense is a powerful way to call in gods, goddesses, and spirit guides. I sourced this finest quality incense from our vendor in Tibet, and it was lovingly crafted by women in Nepal, who create it by hand-wrapping all-natural ingredients into rice paper and then twisting it into a rope. Your incense will also come with a burner, ready for you to incorporate into your magical practice.

This incense is infused with sandalwood, a beautiful source of peace and cleansing. With its woodsy and slightly sweet aroma, sandalwood calms the mind, deepens meditation, purifies surrounding energies, and brings good luck, stability, protection, and enhanced psychic power. Work with this incense to call in tranquility, centeredness, and spiritual wisdom whenever you’re in need.

The deeper magic of this Sandalwood Tibetan Himalayan Rope Incense and Burner

Did you know that incense was the first form of perfume? The word “perfume” literally means “through smoke,” and our ancestors used incense to scent their bodies. Ancient Egyptians and Romans would “perfume” the air with the incense they burned. They believed that the sacred smoke of incense would raise all surrounding vibrations and assist them in their magical practice. Burning incense is a great way to smudge and it connects us with the ancients in a powerful and beautiful way.

Sandalwood is beyond sacred. It’s the second most expensive wood on the planet and has been used for at least 4,000 years. The essential oil of the sandalwood tree develops in the roots and heartwood after 15 to 20 years of growth. Full maturity is reached after 60 to 80 years. The sandalwood tree is never felled but uprooted in the rainy season when the roots are rich in precious essential oil. The aroma of sandalwood can transport you to another realm through scent associations. It has the ability to bypass the conscious mind to access the subconscious, which makes it ideal for meditation and journeywork.

Burn this incense during meditation or ritual, or anytime you wish to come into a state of centered peace. However you choose to work with this offering, may it serve you well.

This listing is for one (1) 20-pack of Sandalwood Tibetan Himalayan Rope Incense and one (1) Burner (each incense rope is about 4” and burns for about 30 minutes). Yours will arrive lovingly parceled, ready for enjoyment.

Blessings,
Athena

I love this incense. I’m enjoying that it’s rope and not a typical stick which I’ve been used to for many years. It’s super easy to insert a rope incense to the base. One a bit of it sticks out from underneath, you just pull a bit more to help secure it. Then you light the top and let it do its magic. I love these Sandalwood ones too! It’s a smooth sandalwood and you don’t get the smoky smell with this incense that other incense gives off. The ashes aren’t messy really either. Pretty easy to clean up. Just make sure to have a fire proof base or surface of course. I’m glad that there are 20 in the pack too! I’ll continue buying and using these for the times ahead! ❤❤
