The Sheesham tree is the state tree of the Indian state of Punjab, where it supplies timber, as well as being planted on roadsides, along canals, and on tea plantations for shade. The Hunab Ku is lovingly engraved on this piece. When you work with the Hunab Ku, you become aware of the wholeness that exists in everything and the interconnectedness of everything. The Hunab Ku is the visual manifestation of “As Above, So Below.”
