Inspired by the Latin word for king, “rex,” and the ancient rulers of Rome, my Rex Cologne embodies their strength and courage.
Its dark, masculine fragrance is blended with notes of:
- Red grapefruit
- Benzoin
- Oakmoss
Each bottle is infused with an obsidian chip stone for protection and shielding and lapis lazuli for regal sensibility and discernment. If you wish to channel the wisdom and power of kings, this blend is for you!
The deeper magic of my Rex Cologne
My Rex Cologne is a blend of red grapefruit, benzoin, and oakmoss.
- Red grapefruit is incredibly revitalizing and uplifting. It increases mental clarity, emotional openness, and concentration, and promotes a feeling of love and self-acceptance.
- Benzoin is comforting, purifying, and protective, and turns difficult or confusing situations into helpful guides. Associated with the Sun and the god, Mercury, it increases sensuality, promotes communication, and helps you let go of pain and resentment.
- Oakmoss has a woodsy scent and is comforting, steady, and enduring. Additionally, it helps to strengthen intentions. Oakmoss grows slowly and steadily and symbolizes growth and regeneration.

Rex was purchased for me by a lady friend. She and it, are unforgettable. Without going over the top on this review, Rex is simply perfect. I live in the Middle East, the land of musky scents where men wear scents as a matter of identification. This sets me apart and everyone seems to love it. I throw a dab on during a long work day, and I am energized and refreshed. In the past, I bought colognes from the major manufacturers and fashion houses. I am totally off of them. I bought this in a sample pack for my husband as a gift. We both fell in love and that night we were at a restaurant and he said he felt he was being treated as a King. We both joked around saying it was because he was wearing Rex. In all seriousness, the scent reminds me of ancient royalty and is addictive.

I originally bought this for my husband, but it quickly became my own. In the bottle, it smells like everything you would envision a tall, dark, handsome man would smell like, HOWEVER, it is such a wonderful unisex blend! When I wear it, I feel like I’m being held in a strong man’s embrace. I can never stop smelling myself and it’s a scent that’s very familiar to me…probably my man in a past life!

This cologne just blew me out of the water. I don’t even know how to describe the sheer amount of magnetic energy this gives to my husband when he wears it (and he’s already a pretty hunky man!) I swear I have to beat other women off of him when he wears it! It just smells amazing though. I love it, and it’s the first cologne that he has worn daily. 🙂

Got this for my overly picky hubby and he loved it. I loved it for the light smell especially since overbearing colognes give me migraines. Its lightly spicy and the benzoin brings in a slightly sweet

My husband is totally not into oils and SG things like me. If anything he is the complete opposite. But he really loves cologne and on Athena’s suggestion I purchased Rex for my husband. OH MY HEAVEN. We’ve had this bottle since June and I am about to purchase a 2nd bottle now. It is masculine and sexy. It lingers, he will apply a second time during the day. It reminds me of scents that he has worn from the department stores- but I know so much more love and time has gone into these bottles. He’s satisfied and so am I!
