All I can say is, the best times of year to save up for stone purchases are in January/February and around September, because that’s when Athena hits the big Gem Shows, and finds the most incredible collectors’ pieces! Tucson is probably the best of them all, and this piece is just so cool, and very reasonably priced! Mine is almost yellow in the sheen, which is fascinating, and it’s a nice sized geode, of around 5″. It’s up on a display shelf with other pieces. Highly recommend this listing if one comes around again!
