Lighting candles is one of my favorite ways to conjure a sense of warmth and energy during any ritual — when you light a candle, you immediately call Spirit to you, and infuse your space with the protective and rejuvenating energy of the Fire element.
Use this candle while meditating, while relaxing in bed with a cup of tea, or during a bath to feel its gentle, yet powerful healing ability. One of my favorite things to do is to light one of these candles while I’m cooking or baking — the fragrance and warmth always floods my kitchen with feelings of gratitude and abundance, fills me with a renewed sense of creativity and passion, and pulls me to feel immense appreciation for the bounty that the Universe has so graciously given me.
