Grounding is what I struggle most with…. I am not suffereng, it’s just the last thing I think of, have no natural talent for it and when I am exhausted, it’s because I have not been doing it. 🙂 Other grounding stones have felt like they were bringing me down…. Which I’m sure is what was needed. THIS STONE grounds me, but feels like I’m just plugging my USB in rather than stepping away from where I am and what I’m doing. I got one for me, one for a gift…. Love it.
