Brand new item to the Sage Goddess line – brass incense burners. You asked and I found them! So beautiful for your altar or sacred space. These are for your loose and resin incense that you would burn on a charcoal disc. They are inlaid with Mother-of-Pearl around the rim and have a removable wire caged lid. And they also come with a carved wooden plate to sit underneath the brass burner, because it does get hot when in use. These are heatproof and safe for use with charcoal.
Incense is not only powerful because it brings scent into your space, it also plays a dual role as a smudge! The smoke from the incense raises energetic vibrations in your space. Incense was in fact the original form of perfume, crafted many thousands of years ago by our ancestors to create and hold sacred space. Some of the ingredients in those ancient perfumes and incenses is woven into my products too. I believe in carrying forward and honoring the Old Ways in every part of my practice, and that includes all items I hand-craft here in my shop.
