The deeper magic of my Cancer Zodiac Magic Intention Candle

Cancer is the moon goddess of the zodiac. Cancer is caring, nurturing, and intuitive. This water sign has a protective outer shell, but on the inside, it’s soft and sensitive. Cancers have a way of making you feel seen and loved – just as you are. Some of the best Cancerian qualities are empathy, tenderness, healing, and psychic ability.

The magic of this candle lies in its ingredients: The aroma of amber is warm, musky, rich, sweet, and spicy. It’s cleansing, earthy, grounding, healing, and purifying. Amber brings balance, harmony, and inspiration to the soul. Amber connects you with your inner force of will, calling in the warmth that light energy can bring, making you feel more secure and emboldened. Pear is considered a source of immortality, purity, and hope. It’s a powerful attractor of love and friendship as well as good health. Coconut is associated with the Moon and the water element. It’s detoxifying, protective, and physically and spiritually cleansing. Tonka bean is a natural aphrodisiac and is often worked with for attraction magic. It’s associated with Venus, the goddess of love and beauty, and brings love and good fortune.

Agave has long been prized for its antiseptic and healing qualities, but it’s also good for fertility and longevity. Agave helps you let go and trust that everything will work itself out – it connects you to your inner strength and the sense that you are the master of your life. Dark musk is hailed as a love oil – arousing passion and heightening sexual pleasure. It’s also a meditation oil that reduces stress, helps you work through fear, and purifies energy. I specifically chose choya nakh because it’s made from sandalwood heartwood oil produced in India and distilled toasted onycha seashells – perfect for connecting with Cancer’s watery energy. When producing this oil, the wild-harvested seashells are slow-roasted in a large earthenware vessel called a choya – producing a light brown oil with an intense, gorgeous aroma.
