Deepen your Living YOUniversity experience with the Class Tools Subscription — a monthly curation of sacred items designed to support each theme and pillar of your journey.

Each month, as we move through new teachings and practices, you’ll receive a thoughtfully chosen selection of tools to help you embody the lessons more fully. The contents change monthly to align with our current focus, bringing you fresh inspiration and a tactile connection to your learning.

Subscribing to the tools is optional — it’s not required to participate in the Living YOUniversity program. For those who love to work with tangible allies in their practice, a limited number of curated tool subscriptions are available, so reserve your tools by enrolling in the subscription today.

Your Tools Subscription automatically renews on the 15th of each month, with payment applied to the following month’s classes (for example, your October 15th charge covers tools for November classes). 

You will be charged for your first set of class tools as soon as you subscribe, and on the 15th of every month moving forward.

You must start your subscription by the 15th of a given month to receive the following month’s tools.

Mudras are ancient hand gestures used in meditation and ritual to focus intention and channel healing energy. The diamond mudra, formed by interlacing your fingers and creating a diamond shape with your hands, activates heart-centered strength and balance within. For deeper support, hold a bloodstone or sunstone mudra diamond during this practice to invite courage, peace, and radiant vitality. One (1) 8-faceted Bloodstone Mudra Diamond (about 2”), sourced from India. This Bloodstone diamond was custom-made just for SG and is designed as a sacred hand stone to hold during your mudra practice, helping anchor your energy and encourage deep relaxation and balance. Reach for it when you want grounded support for calm, resilience, and emotional renewal.

Bloodstone, also known as setonite, is a variety of deep green chalcedony, a form of crypto-crystalline quartz, with red jasper flecks. The drops of red that resemble blood are actually iron oxide inclusions.

Three (3) Vials of amber, lavender, and chamomile essential oils (5ml ea). This set includes three 5ml brown drams of amber, lavender, and chamomile, intended for use in your herbs listed above to create loose powder incense. Simply combine a few drops of each oil with the herbs above to create a soothing, aromatic incense blend, perfect for your next ritual.
