I have found in my personal experience that it balances the central nervous system and also balances the endocrine system. Considered a stone of the root and heart chakras, it’s a grounding stone that settles the heart and the emotions. It stills the flight-or-flight reaction if you’re experiencing trauma and helps you move gracefully through very challenging times.
