Initially, it was the spiral depictions on the surface of the stone that drew me in, and I quickly discovered that this stone is actually ammonite in tumbled form. No wonder this gem called out to me. I adore ammonite, which (in case you don’t know) is an ancient oceanic fossil that dates back 350 million years. I, as I was growing up, as a young child, was raised as a Catholic. This stone is just a reminder of going to mass every Friday, and having petrified in school for lunch at 10 cents a piece. Lol. This stone means a lot for me. I feel like it is part of my history in this life. It brings lovely energy and makes me happy to own one now
