This is such a great crystal combination for Fibromyalgia pain and Adrenal fatigue. Have been working with it nonstop since it arrived. The yellow color turns brighter the longer you hold it and the more pain it absorb. The Elestial Skelton Smoky Quartz is so incredibly interesting and unique. Love it❤️
