Bloodstone is my favorite stone for pain relief and my go-to stone for healing of any kind. African bloodstone, also known as setonite, is primarily found in South Africa. It’s a variety of deep-green chalcedony, a crypto-crystalline quartz, with red jasper flecks. The drops of red that look like blood are really just iron oxide inclusions. 

We work with crystal skulls because they’re companions to us – they hold our secrets and carry our wisdom. Even after we transition from this life, skulls are said to hold and channel the knowledge they obtain from us and can transfer that information to others.
