This is such a calming stone. I think of it more like a freeform wall, or wall, rather than a pillar. I connect deeply with the feminine, mothering, nurturing Goddess energy I get from most pieces of polychrome jasper, and this piece is no exception. I’m totally blind so I won’t say much about the color, except that the coloring was described as very beautiful to me. The energy I feel from stones sometimes comes as a story or scene that takes me somewhere else. With this polychrome jasper, I feel as though I am pulled inside the stone and enveloped in a loving motherly embrace. I also feel as if the stone is a wall that the Goddess is inviting me to hide behind for awhile, as a refuge from stress or stressful feelings and thoughts. I may keep this one under my pillow as it makes me feel so calm and relaxed that I almost feel sleepy, or deeply meditative at the very least.
