This Gentle Healing Mala brings powerful renewal to the body, mind, and spirit. It’s a combination of bloodstone, prehnite, epidote, and rose quartz. Bloodstone activates the Root Chakra for strength, endurance, and energy. When feeling fearful or frail, it brings protection and enhances tenacity. Prehnite is the gem that heals the healer. It also brings peace and calm. Prehnite activates the Heart Chakra and helps stabilize the flow of energy in the body, reducing anxious energy. Epidote is a protective and grounding stone that’s an equally powerful manifestation gem. It works to help you manifest your intentions and clears whatever stands in the way of creating the life you desire. Rose quartz is the Mother of all love stones and one of my favorites for heart healing and manifesting all kinds of love. It’s considered the universal stone of peace and love – love for self, others, and all of creation.
