I created this Fear Releasing grid to prepare us for a new year, one with immense opportunity on the horizon. So much is out there for you, your destiny waiting to be lived – you just have to be bold and fearless enough to go after it. There’s a saying that I love: “When nothing is certain, anything is possible.” And it is true. But with uncertainty comes fear. Fear is a very natural and very human outcome of the reality that we can’t fully see the spirit realm, and it can prevent manifestation if we let it. But if you’ve ever journeyed and traveled to another dimension then you know that fear isn’t even possible outside of the mortal coil.

Our Higher Selves enjoy a Universe of such deep interconnectedness and love that fear as a concept isn’t even fathomable. And yet, as long as we are alive and having a human experience here on Earth, fear will always be accessible to us. I believe the gems and minerals in this Fear Releasing grid will enable you to integrate, love, connect, understand, and cope with the mortal experience. And to prevent fear from arresting your actions and choices – your destiny.

The magic of this Fear Releasing grid

The five gems in this set will help you release fear and allow creation to flow. We are built to be fearful, but we need to release fear in order to progress. The stones you will receive are as follows:

One (1) agate pillow. Agate is the stone of protection of relationships, people and objects. It opens both the Crown and Heart Chakras, connecting spirit and emotion.

Two (2) black tourmaline stones. Black tourmaline serves as protective armor around you and your space, preventing negative energies from entering, grounding you, and creating a stable energetic boundary.

Two (2) smoky quartz crystals. Smoky quartz transmutes illness and absorbs all the energies that are not serving you. This workhorse stone is a great protector, purifier, and gatekeeper.

Four (4) sodalite gems. Sodalite is the stone of peaceful sleep and general wellbeing. It banishes nightmares and fears, while deepening your intuition. This is a signature gem of the Third Eye Chakra.

Four (4) clear quartz points. Clear quartz is the stone of intentions. It amplifies them, magnifies them, holds them for the bearer, and seals them in. You can program quartz with your intentions so they are never forgotten. You can also program quartz to act as any other stone (the only crystal capable of doing this).
