My Empath Shield Mist is crafted just for you — the healers and spiritual workers who often absorb the energy around them. We handcrafted this mist right here at Sage Goddess Headquarters, and it’s like spiritual armor in a bottle! It’s a blend of my Empath and Shield Perfumes.
This mist contains notes of:
- Neroli
- Lavender
- Bamboo
- Crocus flower
- Palo santo
- Sage
We also infused every bottle with a smoky quartz chip stone — one of the most powerful gems for absorbing negativity. Spritz some of this mist to shield your aura, protect your space, and keep your vibration pure, high, and light as you extend compassion and healing to the world around you.
The deeper magic of my Empath Shield Mist
The magic of this mist lies in its ingredients.
- Neroli holds a peaceful, loving vibration that balances emotions, eases stress, illuminates the darkness, and restores a sense of self. It’s also protective, especially of your spirit, uplifting it and helping you understand your heart’s truest desires.
- Lavender is perhaps one of the best oils to use for purification, protection, and healing rituals. It calms and centers the mind and is a great aid for contemplation.
- Bamboo represents harmony and balance. It clears negative energy, boosts self-worth and self-esteem, and promotes strength, stamina, vitality, and luck. Bamboo also aids divination.
- Crocus flower brings love and positivity, uplifting the spirit. It’s the first flower to emerge after winter, and thus, it symbolizes new beginnings and strength.
- Palo santo cleanses the body and spirit, enhances clarity, and restores tranquility. Palo santo also promotes joy, inspires creativity, and deepens your connection with Source.

At Sage Goddess, we only use sustainably sourced palo santo wood and oils. Our Peruvian partners only harvest wood that’s died naturally and has been dead for at least five years. We never harm living trees! The wood is collected, cleaned, and cut by hand. We’re also committed to replanting trees in the forests where we find our wood. I’m an empath. I’ve had problems keeping other people’s feelings out of my aura. When I saw the “Empath Shield Mist,” I knew that I needed to try it. I love the aroma. It’s very grounding and keeps me focused on myself without letting others’ feeling encroach into my aura. I don’t want to sound selfish, but there are times when I can only handle so much from others. This mist just gives me that little bit of extra protection I sometimes need.

I absolutely love it, I used it everyday, I got it about a month ago ran out a few days ago, went to buy more however its sold out, a bit upset I should have bought more than one. Hopefully more will be in stock soon!

This Empath Shield Mist is not for me. It’s a very powerful mix of essential oils and a little too strongly scented for me. I am reluctant to speak out because I don’t want this to be a negative review. I’m sure it will be a very useful product for others. I just want to empress upon anyone using essential oils of any kind in their practice, that some individuals have very strong reactions to certain essential oils. For example, I took the Empath Shield Mist to my local yoga studio and my friend and yoga instructor sprayed it lightly on herself before I could tell her my thoughts and ask her to smell it first. Midway through the class, she started shaking and was starting to become anxious and short of breath. Fortunately, she was able to duck out of class and put on a clean shirt which enabled her to continue to the end of class. However, she was still shaking after the class ended. I’ve received several other perfumes from Sage Goddess and loved them. These are high quality products.
