The conch shell has been used in ceremony and ritual by many traditions across history. It carries water element energy, and symbolizes the Fibonacci Spiral of sacred geometry, which we see manifesting in many forms across the cosmos. When I saw these absolutely enchanting shells with druzy crystals inside each one, I was mesmerized, and I knew I had to offer them to you.
Some Tibetan Buddhists use conch shells by blowing into them to call worshipers to assembly. Buddhist tradition also uses them as receptacles for holy water, and as instruments to perform sacred devotional music. In the Hindu religion, the God Vishnu blew into a conch and made the first sound in all creation, what we today know as the OM. In Hinduism, this shell represents the five elements: earth, water, fire, air and space. Today in India, this shell is still blown into in rituals because it is believed the vibrations emitted from the shell will purify the area of any negative energy. The conch was also sacred to ancient Greeks, Romans, and Mayans, who believed the spiral shape represented infinity.
These shells symbolize healing, purification, and spiritual attunement. Hold yours in mediation, blow into it, or place it close to your ear as the ancients did to hear the song of the ocean. These are truly special tools.
This listing is for one (1) druzy conch shell from those photographed. Each is about 1.5” in size. Yours will come to you gift wrapped beautifully for your or another’s enjoyment.
