My Archetype perfumes are each special. This one is inspired by Demeter, the Greek Goddess of the harvest.
Demeter is perhaps best known as mother to Persephone, the maiden who journeyed to the Underworld after eating the pomegranate seeds. Her journey divided the year into seasons, because Demeter’s grief over the loss of her daughter to Hades caused her to cast a spell of cold and barrenness upon the Earth. Such is the love of a mother for her daughter. Such is the love we should all know from our own mothers; and such is the love we should all hold for ourselves and each other.

I first received the nurture candle anointed in this oil. It filled my heart with love. This oil is amazing for your heart and root chakras. It wraps you in a mother’s loving warm embrace. Very powerful. And magical.

Demeter is sacred to me for many reasons, I’m the type of SG customer that will work with pretty much any of the sacred perfumes for their energies not just scent and I will even over look scent to work with the energies but this one is my 3# favorite SG perfume and I have close to 100. And this one made it to my #3 by smelling absolutely amazing! It does have some familiar notes to it. It reminds me of things I’ve smelled before but I can’t put my finger on it. The energy of this oil is very calming and nurturing. Wear this when you need love and support

I bought this for my wonderful Daughter-in-law! She is an Amazing Mother! While I haven’t had the chance to smell it yet (Out of state & In a couple of months will be visiting! 🙂 ), I am told it is beautiful! Thank you Sage Goddess!
