My brand new Colibri Perfume is a blend near and dear to my heart, and I’m so excited to share its magic with you. Colibri is Spanish for ‘hummingbird.’ This perfume is handcrafted right here at Sage Goddess Headquarters. This animal is sacred to the Quechua people, and many consider it to be a deity, capable of resurrecting after death. Ever since my mother passed away, hummingbirds have been appearing more often in my garden, sharing their beautiful iridescence and deep symbology with me. To me, the hummingbird is a spiritual teacher. This tiny yet mighty bird brings the medicine of joy, freedom, and lightness of being, revealing the power in surrender and letting go. Most of all, the hummingbird reminds us of the ephemeral yet eternal nature of life: Nothing lasts forever, and yet, every ending is a new beginning – and in that way, we are infinite.
I’ve infused this perfume with notes that remind me of the hummingbird’s spirit: Cacao for heart-opening, amber for healing and sensuality, clove for clairvoyance and new beginnings, tobacco for spiritual connection, ambrette seed for deepened meditation, and sandalwood for calm and gentle grounding. I’ve also infused every bottle with a pink opal chip stone for an infusion of Heart Chakra healing. The art on this bottle is the same artwork that’s painted on my custom drum – we licensed the art to share it with you. Work with this perfume to call on the hummingbird spirit as you honor any loved ones who have passed with reverence and gratitude. My Colibri Perfume is a blend of cacao, amber, clove, tobacco, ambrette seed, and sandalwood – and every ingredient brings a layer of magic. Cacao is intoxicating and heart-opening. It expands your awareness, frees up creative expression, clears emotional and spiritual blocks, and deepens authentic connection. Amber softens your central nervous system and indulges your senses, improving your connection to your deepest sensuality. It also brings balance, harmony, healing, grounding, and inspiration to the soul. Clove strengthens divination and clairvoyance and induces spiritual visions that connect you with your inner truth. It’s connected with new beginnings, creation, and manifestation and promotes self-awareness and a deep sense of contentment.
Tobacco is native to the Americas, believed to start growing around 6,000 BC. Indigenous peoples have worked with it for thousands of years to connect to Earth and Sky, bridging material and spiritual worlds. It’s a sacred herb of prayer, protection, purification, gratitude, and ancestor connection. Ambrette seed is considered an aphrodisiac and releases inhibitions. It also helps with astral projection and deepens meditation. Sandalwood brings good luck, gentle grounding, protection, and enhanced psychic power. It deepens meditation and has the ability to bypass the conscious mind to access the subconscious, which makes it ideal for shamanic work.

I came to the website to order my absolute fave (and most rarely stocked) perfume, Arx. Since it still wasn’t back I ended up settling on this Colibrí blend, cuz who doesn’t love cacao, am I right? I’m so happy I found this magical potion because it’s truly DIVINE! This is a very stong scent. I used it on my wrists and it gave me a bit of a head ache. I admit I am very sensitive to fragrance. I have since used it on my feet/ankles and it is better tolerated.

Wow, this didn’t disappoint! I hope this never goes away. At first I feel like I can smell mint and then all of a sudden Amber. Then it kind of dries down to this amazing sweet yet grounded fragrance. I just absolutely love it. My kids even noticed and asked what smells so good ☺️🦋 Amazing job with this SG! Please keep it around 🙏🏼🙌🏼
