As having an addiction to gems (LOL), I thought I had a pretty comprehensive collection of gemstones and crystals. It’s amazing to hear how long these stones have been around and what they’ve been used for. For example, it was pretty cool to read that Lapis Lazuli used to be ground in Cleopatra’s eyeliner so she could inherit the powers of the stone. I om currently on the hunt for Atlantasite because it’s such a hard gem to find and also because it’s an amazing stone for empaths! I was astounded to read on the history of Lemuria and Atlantis, such amazing and fascinating cultures! The book is very well written with an in-depth description of each stone, the history of each stone and the uses for them. If you think you have heard of or seen all the gemstones in the world, think again. 🙂 This book will further enhance your knowledge of Gaia’s gifts to us and advance your collection hopefully! While most books about gemstones go into the basics, this book goes very much into detail. I am actually almost done with the book since I received it a few days ago! It’s extremely addicting and I HIGHLY recommend anyone who wishes to delve even FURTHER into gemstones to pick this book up!

This book is awesome and love learning the history and all about where my stones are from. I am loving going through my collection as I read my book. This book will be my go to anytime I need to look up a new stone I add to my collection. It’s awesome that there is so much information about each stone. This little “gem” of a book is packed with beautiful mystery, and vast knowledge about the geographical origins of several stones and crystals. I love the feel and texture of the hardbound cover and the photographs. I’m so happy and grateful to have this in my collection! 📙📓📒

I’ve had such a fun time reading this book! The information is fascinating and the pictures are stunning. You can tell Athena put her heart and soul into it and it is such a joy to read. I highly recommend it for both those new to crystals, like myself, and those experienced and interested in learning the history and lore behind the crystals they know and love. It is a beautiful book, from cover to cover <3

I got my copy on Amazon and I would buy this again there or here all day long. Athena Perrakis extensively researched this book and all that went into it. It is easy to read and follow, the pictures are wonderful, and the information is beautifully written. If you are truly interested in the lore and myths of the worlds most important crystals then this is the place to start!
