band is not very stretchy at all and bracelet is too snug for my average sized man’s wrist. I’ll have to get this restrung, because the crystals themselves are beautiful and substantial.

It may not supposed to affect me this way. But it made me sleep well. I am normally up at midnight every night and stay awake. I actually slept till 3:30 wearing these.

Very nice bracelet for the small cost amount.
Fits a little snug so may break on me at one point if I force it too much. But I just put in a medicine pouch most of the time so I don’t have to worry about wearing on my wrist.
