Our nomadic ancestors in ancient times made healing and protective amulets from this stone, which we now know as crazy lace agate. They found that it prevented accidents during travel and helped strengthen the body, orient the mind, and bring peaceful calm to the bearer. Today, crazy lace agate still offers all of these benefits. And these are beautiful palm stones that I was able to source, rectangular shaped, that would look gorgeous wire-wrapped and worn as a pendant!
Working with crazy lace agate
Crazy lace agate is a happy stone. It is known as the laughter stone, or Happy Lace. I find this stone energizing and yet soothing. It vibrates at a lower frequency than other gems and thus brings YOUR personal energy to a more attuned and grounded frequency, helping you stay present in the moment while also feel safe, secure, and well. The unique and swirling pattern brings a circular flow of energy which is stimulating for mind and body. And in palm stone shape these are wonderful to carry with you in a pocket or wallet. I love my crazy lace palm stone. I find it very strengthening and it’s so soothing to hold, or I tuck it in a pocket and feel a calmness come over me. Wonderful energy. The patterns and colors are gorgeous and so amazing how different every piece is! I instantly saw a bird in mine, and upon admiring it closer, I discovered two more bird figures. This piece is very meaningful to me. ❤
