AroMagic Bonus Session Tools: Air & Water for intellect, clarity of mind, intuition, and compassion

Beloved AroMagic students, we’ve learned all about the elements of Fire and Earth, and now, it’s time to explore the mystical realms of Water and Air! First, you will receive one (1) dram of mace essential oil. Botanically referred to as Myristica fragrans, mace is the twin sister of nutmeg, and is famous for its myriad of magical properties. This sacred essential oil is ruled by the element of Air, and is known to increase psychic powers, ease anxiety, improve intellect and clarity of mind, attract good fortune and prosperity, and provide powerful protection.

Mace is associated with the season of Yule – and is known to alleviate symptoms of seasonal depression – which is why I knew that I had to bring it to you all for the upcoming winter. Anoint your candles with this oil, add a few drops to a diffuser, or mix it with a carrier oil to infuse your entire body and spirit with mace’s warm and uplifting vibrations. Working with this mace dram is such a powerful way to honor the element of Air, and call in its powers of inspiration, communication, intellect, logic, and direction.

Next, you will receive one (1) tin of violet leaf herb. Besides being beautifully fragrant, wild violet is also a powerhouse of healing. The leaves of this sacred flower are incredibly soothing, and evoke an incredible sense of serenity and peace. This mystical plant is also known to induce prophetic dreams and visions, stimulate creativity, cure headaches, promote restful sleep, and provide powerful energetic protection. Use your violet leaf herb as incense, sprinkle some in your candles, or place in a bowl on your altar as an offering to your guides. When you use this herb, you will call in the element of Water, and its deep emotional understanding, intuition, and sense of compassion.
